FAQs

+ Can we change outfits?

You are welcome to switch outfits during the shoot. However, please keep in mind that the time spent changing outfits will be deducted from your session time, potentially reducing the overall duration of your session.

+ Anything we should know before we come for the shoot?

Please arrive on time. Please bring a separate pair of indoor shoes, as we cannot permit dirty winter shoes inside the studio. We request that you arrive dressed and prepared to begin your photo session.

+ How to book the session?

Please use the BOOKING PORTAL to book your session.A non-refundable deposit of $100+HST is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your session date.

+ Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed but will subject to a Pet fee of $50+HST per pet.

Prior approval is mandatory before bringing your pets into the studio. Should you arrive with pet(s) without prior authorization, a fee of $100+HST per pet may be charged if access is granted, or access may be denied without any refund.

+ Is the studio heated in winter?

During the winter season, our studio is well-heated, ensuring a comfortably warm environment.
